The AWS-41000 Triple Test Stands are designed to provide users the convenience of testing different types of torque tools—hydraulic wrenches, torque multipliers, and dial & click type torque wrenches—at different torque ranges on the same system. This increases testing capacity and efficiency while reducing cost.

Intellect Series Transducers
The transducers embedded within the test stand are Intellect, "plug and play", self-recognizing to the display instrument. The torque ranges available are from the smallest (1-10 Lbf In) up to the largest (2,500-50,000 Lbf Ft). AWS offers transducer combinations that suit specific applications, including versions with rundown fixtures for testing and certifying rotary type tools.

Rotary Tool Testing
Powered multipliers incorporate a rundown fixture with bearing/bushing support to reduce effects of side load from torque reaction.

Hydraulic Tool Testing
Hydraulic wrenches are either external square drive on internal hex drive. We manufacture most common square to square and square to hex drives for testing conventional and cassette type hydraulic wrenches.

Manual torque wrenches can be tested with a motorized or hand-driven mechanism for loading the torque wrenches. Movable reaction post provides torque reaction in either CW or CCW direction.

Options

Triple Station test stands allow you to configure them to your requirements.

  • Multiple torque ranges for HYRD stands: 50-500 and 500-5,000, or 250-2,500 and 750-7,500.
  • For HY stands: 250-2,500 and 1,000-10,000, or 500-5,000 and 5,000-50,000.
  • For torque wrenches: up to 1,000 or 2,000 Lbf Ft.

You can "pair" any HYRD station with an HY designed station.
