The AWS-7000 Series Torque Display is a versatile analyzer/display designed to provide an economical way to display and store (or in the AWS-7000CT version, automatically tighten, measure, control, and record) fastening data for critical fasteners.

At the heart of the AWS-7000 lies the same precision electronics, and cutting-edge software as our production and metrology grade torque instruments. Some of the advanced design features include:

• A 24-bit AD converter with no analog circuitry to drift.
• All filter settings rated to Nyquist frequency. This all but eliminates roll-off error.
• Independent CW and CCW calibration with multipoint linearization.
• Optional control output lines can be used for controlling a motor, air solenoid, alarms, etc.

• Visual limit alarms.
• 4 active digits means greater resolution and accuracy at the low-end of the scale.
• Serial output can be used to print values to a serial printer, or sent to a PC with our cable and software package.
• AWS can add Intellect "plug and play" intelligence to virtually any strain gauge transducer, torque, tension, or compression transducer.
